In fact, if it was considered at recent decades that water supply and conservation is a part of government duties, now by facing societies with water stress, the solutions seems to be achievable only with demand management and  compatibility approaches, so awareness and insight raising; also the level of social participation indexs are the key factors for sustainable water management.

These three factors (awareness, insight and participation), could be provided and promoted by training and education,so as an infrastructure for sustainable water managements socio-cultural capacity building and training couldn’t be ignored.
